Reunion Utilities


ELECTRIC SERVICE

Electric power is provided exclusively by Duke Energy and is individually metered in all cases. We highly recommend service be initiated on your closing date as the connection of electric and maintenance of temperature inside your unit is critical. Failure to maintain proper temperature within the unit will create an environment conducive to the growth of toxic molds and other organic substances, which could severely damage your unit and adjoining units. You will be asked by Duke Energy to provide your name, ownership information, service address, mailing address, and home and work phone numbers. You will be assessed a one time charge of $28.00 and, depending on your credit history, may be asked for a refundable deposit.


GAS SERVICE

TECO-Peoples Gas provides natural gas. We suggest you contact the company early to request service be initiated on the date of your closing. A connection fee in the amount of $35.00 will be charged and a deposit will likely be required. You will be asked to provide TECO with your name, address and driver’s license/passport number. A representative must be present at time of service initiation to allow access to ensure no gas leaks are present. Note: Natural gas is not present in the following communities: Villas at Reunion Square, Centre Court Ridge, Reunion Grande, Patriots Landing & Terraces


WATER & SEWER SERVICE

Water and Sewer Services are provided by Toho and are metered individually in most cases. You will be asked to provide a copy of your sales contract or settlement statement, driver’s license number, and social security number and/or copy of your passport. A deposit will likely be required. Note: Water and sewer services for the following communities are included in the monthly homeowners’ association maintenance assessment and do not require connection: Villas at Reunion Square, Centre Court Ridge, Seven Eagles, Terraces and Reunion Grande.


TELEPHONE SERVICE

CenturyLink provides telephone service. Telephone service can be bundled with high-speed internet options as well as additional calling and messaging features. You will be asked to provide your name, current telephone number (if applicable), property address, billing address, place of employment and telephone number, social security number/passport information, and type of service requested along with the number of phone lines. Note: Owners who have placed their unit into the Reunion Rental Program, the Rental Management team will handle the connection of the phone service pursuant to the Resort Rental Agreement. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET

ADCOMM/DIRECT TV 866.272.7982

It is Adcomm’s mission to provide you the best customer experience and ensure you have a seamless transition into your new DIRECTV Service. To access your preferred television programming, Adcomm has partnered with DIRECTV and Century Link to make switching your Prism TV service hassle-free! Adcomm will begin installations for your community on April 5th, 2021. Appointments will be available 7 days a week. To pre-order your service and schedule your installation, please click on the link below and provide Adcomm with your information.

Do note that an extension for services via Century Link has been secured so there will not be an interruption of services while we transition the community to its new cable provider.

CABLE TELEVISION

Basic Cable Television Service is included with your monthly homeowners’ association maintenance assessment. Cable TV is connected to the unit upon completion and no further action should be required to make such connection active. Upgrades such movie and sports channels, digital video recorders, and digital or HD service are available by contacting CenturyLink directly. Note: Owners who have placed their unit into the Reunion Rental program, no upgrades are allowed while your unit is active in our program. The Rental Management team will handle the connection of the cable television service pursuant to the Resort Rental Agreement. Please contact the Rental Management team for additional information.


PEST CONTROL

Domestic pest control applications are included in your monthly homeowners’ association maintenance assessments. Interior pest control applications as well as services needed between quarterly treatments can be requested by contacting the hoa. Note: Owners who have placed their unit into the Reunion Rental program, the Rental Management team will coordinate the quarterly interior pest control applications. Please contact the Rental Management team for additional information.


WASTE COLLECTION

For condominium owners, there are common dumpsters located within each community. Please be sure to
transport your household waste to the dumpsters, as there are currently no door-to-door pickup services. For
owners of single family homes, door-to-door pick-up services are provided by Waste Management on select

MAIL SERVICE

There are mail delivery kiosks located within each community. To obtain your key and the location of your mailbox, please contact the hoa. Private post office box receptacles are also available at the Championsgate UPS Store (407-396-1659) or at the local branch of the US Postal Service (800-275-8777). Please remember, if you do not intend to occupy your unit and are not available to empty the contents of the box frequently, the postal service may return old mail to the sender. To avoid missed mail, remember to place a forward order from your Reunion address to your current mailing address.
