In 1998, developer Bobby Ginn stepped onto what was then cow pasture land and envisioned a resort unlike any other. His dream was simple yet powerful: create a place where families could gather, celebrate, and build lasting memories. That dream inspired the name Reunion.

EARLY 2000s
THE VISION GETS BACKING
The Ginn Company, led by Bobby Ginn, partners with Luper/Adler to launch a master-planned resort centered on world-class amenities — including three championship courses by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus.
2004–2005
GRAND OPENING
Multiple neighborhoods and golf facilities come online. Reunion hosts LPGA events, putting the resort on the international map and attracting early owners and vacationers.
2010
PURPOSE-BUILT VACATION RENTALS
With recovery underway, buyers recognize Reunion’s rental potential. Purpose-built vacation homes expand, helping shape Reunion into a top-performing short-term rental community near Disney.
2015–2020
EXPANSION & NEW OWNERSHIP
